At SBS DATA SYSTEMS LTD, we aim for next day delivery. Any product ordered before 2.00 pm on any business day (Monday - Friday excluding Bank Holidays) should be delivered the next business day before 5.30 pm (subject to the items being in stock).
Deliveries to Non-UK addresses are classed as international delivery, and as such cannot be delivered next day. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, areas of Scotland outside of Edinburgh and Glasgow, as well as some isolated parts of England and Wales cannot be delivered next day. These will be delivered on a standard 2-day service. We will occasionally offer a one-day service to certain areas. You will be given this option at the time of placing the order.
Orders taken after 2.00pm will be dispatched the next day. Any order made on a Friday after 4.00 pm will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding Bank Holiday's) for delivery Tuesday.
Though every effort is made by SBS Data Systems Ltd & the couriers to achieve next day delivery where applicable, the standard delivery charge does not guarantee this goal.
<SBS Data Systems Ltd relies upon the services of a third-party courier. There are unfortunately a few occasions when the couriers fail to perform the service that they are required to. Though this happens rarely, it does occur, and we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item.
It is not always possible to manage next day delivery to non-mainland UK. This is dependent on the accessibility of your address.
For orders to be delivered within the UK the courier used will be UPS. Please note that for more remote parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland and non UK mainland delivery may take two days. You should arrange for someone at your address to be in and sign for the parcel on the expected delivery date. Where a parcel cannot be delivered, (e.g. no-one at home), a card will be left by the courier with a telephone number to call and the address of the depot where your parcel has been placed. You can call the depot and arrange a new delivery day directly with the couriers.
When your order is dispatched you will receive an email confirming your order is being delivered. In most cases, the email will have a Tracking number. If you are worried about the whereabouts of your order, you will be able to view the status of your delivery by visiting the couriers web site and entering your tracking number in the Consignment Number field. Please follow the instructions on your email.
If you do not have a Tracking number on your email, please don’t hesitate to give us a call on 0161 536 9912 the day after you expected to receive your parcel if you still have not received it. We will enquire as to the whereabouts of your parcel and advise you of our findings. Unfortunately, we are unable to check on the status of these parcels on the actual day of delivery but have to wait until the next day.
Occasionally parcels are delayed due to poor addressing/sign posting. We may need to give UPS your telephone number in case they need to contact you regarding the delivery. This information will not be kept by UPS or used by any other third party.
If the goods are damaged upon receipt, please complete the return request form for a returns number within 24hrs of delivery. You may also contact us on 0161 536 9912 Mon-Fri 10.00am – 4.00pm if you need to discuss your return. You must contact us to be assigned a returns number. Parcels will not be accepted without a valid returns number.
